Limited Warranty
Boxer Athletics (“the Company”) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This limited warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Boxer Athletics or authorized retailers.
What Is Covered
During the Warranty Period, Boxer Athletics will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to defects that arise from proper use of the product and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Boxer Athletics Customer Service at (514) 933-3388 or send an email to info@boxerathletics.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. If the product is deemed eligible for warranty service, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this warranty policy, Boxer Athletics makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Boxer Athletics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its products.
Exclusive Remedy
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this limited warranty shall be, at Boxer Athletics’ option, repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Boxer Athletics’ liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
Changes to Warranty Policy
Boxer Athletics reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Boxer Athletics website.
